Bangladeshi Delegation Visits IPS PDF Print E-mail
A10-member delegation of Bangladesh Institute of International Strategic Studies (BIISS) visited IPS on May 30. The delegation was led by        Dr. Abdur Rob Khan, Research Director at BIISS. Representatives of Dhaka and Chitagong universities were also present in the delegation.
DG Khalid Rahman apprised them of the institute's  research activities and future plans. He also shared his insights on Pakistan’s society, contemporary debates and issues related to politics and economy. The delegates took keen interest in IPS research program.
IPS and BIISS agreed on the exchange of research journals and publications and exploring the possibilities of cooperation and collaboration between the two institutes.
Both the institutes also agreed to consider producing a joint publication on Pakistan-Bangladesh relations in 2007-8.
