Policy Perspectives is a biannual journal for disseminating the research carried out by IPS and its associates. Maghrib aur Islam is a quarterly Urdu journal of IPS which covers important academic and philosophical dialogues between Islam and the West and related political, social, economic, academic and cultural issues. It also presents translations of articles and essays by Western authors concerning Islam and Muslims as well as the works of Muslim thinkers and philosophers.
Launched in 1997, the journal is followed by academic and concerned Urdu readers in Pakistan and many other parts of the world. The journal is a valuable resource for understanding American and European perspectives about the world of Islam, and for building the basis of constructive dialogue aimed at preempting “clash of civilizations”.
