Young associates of IPS LEAD visit IDP camps in Bannu PDF Print E-mail

A group of young associates of IPS LEAD visited IDP camps in Bannu on July 13, 2014 and pledged their support to the affected families displaced due to the army operation in North Waziristan. They also took part in the distribution of food items and Eid gifts for 400 IDP families.

The visit was organized by Karachi-based NGOs: Omair Sana Foundation and Shahid Afridi Foundation, and was facilitated by IPS LEAD team and young associates.

Pakistan's cricket hero and former captain, Younis Khan, senior journalist and anchor Talat Hussain, and national football team coach Aslam Khan were also part of the visit.
