Chairman IPS’ lecture on leadership
Chairman IPS Khalid Rahman delivered a lecture at the Youth Leadership Camp – a two-day training for future leaders organized by Youth Empowerment Society (YES) on February 5-6, 2022.
Rahman delivered a presentation on the first day of the event, underscoring the role and significance of leadership in a society, while highlighting various essential traits of a leader including, but not limited to, creative thinking, having a vision, good communication, good decision maker, able to learn, adapt and change, and able to transform ideas into action.
