IPS delegates visits Rural Community Development Council in Gwadar
An IPS delegation headed by its Chairman Khalid Rahman visited Rural Community Development Council (RCDC) in Gwadar and had a meeting with its members on May 20, 2022.
The discussion that ensued highlighted different issues and concerns faced by the people of Gwadar. The participants saw governance issues at the heart of majority of these problems, while political instability at both federal and provincial levels were termed the underlining causes behind this concerning state. It was pointed out for instance that the no-confidence motion against CM Balochistan has been tabled third times in last four years, and this type of political uncertainty directly leads to governance issues in the province.
The visiting IPS delegation, in addition, also had a chance to visit Gwadar Grammar School, the auditorium of the club, and the library of RCDC.
The meeting was concluded with Chairman IPS presenting a recent IPS Press publication Balochistan ki Surat–e-Haal: Masayel ki Nauiyat, Asbab aur Hal to the members of the Council.
