Owais Ahmed Ghani

Owais Ahmed Ghani is a distinguished Pakistani politician and public administrator, recognized for his tenures as the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan. Ghani earlier served as the Federal Minister for environment in 2002, and was appointed Governor of Balochistan following the general election in the same year. Later he also became the governor of Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa in January 2008, making him only the third person in the history of Pakistan to have held the governorship of two provinces (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa from 2008-2011, and Balochistan from 2003-2008).
