Naufil Shahrukh

Naufil Shahrukh is the Deputy Team Lead for Institutional Reform Studies at the Karachi Water & Sewerage Corporation (KW&SC), a part of a World Bank project carried out by National Engineering. Shahrukh holds several years of hands-on experience in organizational management, journalism, research, publishing, teaching, training, strategic communications, media relations and advocacy. He has previously served as GM Operations at the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS), Islamabad, apart from holding important positions in notable organizations like Maritime Study Forum (MSF), Oxford University Press (OUP), GlaxoSmithKline, Macter International, and Pakistan Press International (PPI) earlier. Naufil holds an M.Phil in Governance and Public Policy, and is currently pursuing a PhD in History.
