Collaborative seminar with NCHD on ‘World Teachers Day’

IPS LEAD – the Learning, Excellence and Development Program of IPS – collaborated with National Commission for Human Development (NCHD), Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, to celebrate ‘World Teachers Day’ on October 5, 2016 through a seminar, which paid tributes to the teachers for their role in development of societies through disseminating knowledge and wisdom.
The seminar attended by around 140 teachers from various schools of Islamabad and Rawalpindi and NCHD staff featured an exclusive motivational session titled ‘Teacher as a Leader’ by DG-IPS Khalid Rahman.
The session was also addressed by Chairperson NCHD Razina Alam Khan and Director Education Iqbal-ur-Rehman.
