President AJK Sardar Masood Khan addressing the book launching ceremony of ‘Hydro-Diplomacy: Preventing Water War Between Nuclear-Armed Pakistan and India’, which was organized by IPS Press – the publishing arm of Institute of Policy Studies, Islamabad – on October 22, 2018.
