The Living Script – A Session with Mr Shoaib Mir

Aimed at acquiring tacit knowledge from experienced practitioners of civil services and imparting it to the audience as a food for their thought, IPS LEAD – the learning, excellence and development program of Institute of Policy Studies (IPS), Islamabad is organizing a series of sessions with eminent individuals of national stature titled ‘The Living Scripts’.

The idea behind pursuing such accomplished personalities for these sessions is to create a window for them to share their life-time experiences and knowledge.

These sessions are targeted to help young decision makers and problem solvers on the path of optimum result orientation, enabling them to carve out right options with the help of the knowledge acquired from the experienced individuals.

The first session of the series was held earlier with Syed Abu Akif, Sitaza-e-Imtiaz (Civil) on April 12, 2019.

The second session is set to have Mr Shoaib Mir, Former Chief Secretary, Balochistan, Former Federal Secretary, Federal Education & Professional Training, Government of Pakistan, and Present Chairman, State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan, as the Guest Speaker.
