‘Covid19 –Economic Impact of Coronavirus on Pakistan’ – Zafar ul Hasan Almas

The first session of IPS webinar series ‘COVID19: Global Challenges, National Response’, titled ‘Economic impact of COVID-19 on Pakistan’  was organized by IPS on April 14, 2020. This session, which discussed and put forward recommendations on how to cope with the economic challenges during and post corona crisis, was chaired by Dr Waqar Masood Khan, Sr IPS associate and former secretary, Finance, and addressed by Zafar-ul-Hassan Almas, Chief Macroeconomics, Planning Commission of Pakistan, Executive President IPS Khalid Rahman and IPS’ GM Operations Naufil Shahrukh.
