Badalti Dunya Main Ubharta Cheen Aur Pak Cheen Taluqat (Rising China in the Changing World and Pak-China Relations), gives an elaborate expose of China’s immense and continuously rising politico-economic clout at global level, and also provides a very useful overview of the relations between Pakistan and China since early 1950s. The book also records important developments and agreements between Pakistan and China over the years. The study is mainly based on the lecture by M. Akram Zaki, Former Secretary General, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Pakistan, and a research paper by Khalid Rahman DG IPS. The book has been jointly published by IPS and Pakistan Study Center (PSC), Sichuan University, Chengdu-China. Earlier English and Chinese versions have also been published.
