Ambassador (r) Abdul Basit addressing the launching ceremony of Pakistan’s former ambassador to Afghanistan Syed Abrar Hussain’s book “Afghanistan: Mulla Umer se Ashraf Ghani Tak”, which is recently published by IPS Press – the publishing arm of Institute of Policy Studies (#IPS).
