Brigadier (r) Sardar
Javed Ashraf Khan, SI(M) is a civil engineering expert who is a member of PEC (Pakistan
Engineering Council) and American Society of Civil Engineers with 40 years of
experience within and outside of the Armed Forces. Has served in all three
services of the Armed Forces i.e. Army, PAF and Navy and has rendered his
services Abroad as well working on both operational and construction sides. He
has served in several important positions like director of Inland Water
Transportation Company (IWTDC), advisor to Chairman NAB, Anti-corruption &
Mega Projects Procurement, CEO at Al Ghurair Giga Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd. Director
of projects at EMAAR International, project director DHA, Karachi, and Managing
director of Karachi Water Supply Sewerage Board (KWSB), among others, besides
heading own consultancy consortium in the private sector by the name of
PMACs/SH.
