Last week witnessed one of the deadliest moment in Pakistan history: three separate blasts killed more than 100 innocent civilians. The explosions took place on the same day but for seemingly different reasons. The attack in Swat region, where the teenage girl Malala was shot by Taliban militants, remains unknown on who was behind the atrocity. The twin explosions, with 10 minutes in between, was understood as reprisal attacks launched by Sunni militants against the Shia minority in in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan Province.
