Development of Religious Institutions and Human Rights

Institute of Policy Studies organised programs to study the human rights education in religious institutions in Pakistan. Human Rights education is already imparted in the REI under different headings with special reference to the teachings of Islam.
However, studying human rights with reference to contemporary political and social debate is also an important subject. Keeping this scenario in mind and in the continuation of ‘Personal and Institutional Development’ program, IPS is organising a consultative workshop on January 09, 2008.
