Speaker’s Profile:
Mr. Shams Faiz has experience of over 40 years of corporate leadership roles in multinational and SME industry. He has started his career as business analyst at GE USA and held various leadership positions including President and CEO of GE joint venture company in Middle East over a period of 15 years with the organization. Mr. Faiz has launched several successful tech start-ups, and pioneered B2B communities including e-banking, e-brokerage, e-procurement, e-logistics, supply chain management and cloud computing projects.
Mr. Faiz has an extensive experience in structured finance, private equity, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance, post-acquisition management and diverse board committee assignments.
Mr. Faiz has well established experience of entrepreneurship with successful track record in building, leading and mentoring several SME startups in technology, financial services and healthcare. He is the founder of NextGen Partners USA and currently Chairman of Robotmea Pakistan, Member Board of Directors Robotmea Middle East & Africa region.
