Registered under the Societies Act 1860 (Act XXI of 1860) having specified Memorandum of Association.
Tax Exemption
All donations to IPS are exempted from tax deduction under section 2(36) read with Section 61 and Clause 58 of 2nd schedule of Income Tax Ordinance, 2001.
NPO Certification
IPS has been evaluated by Pakistan Centre for Philanthropy and awarder NPO Good Practices Certificate in the areas of internal governance, financial management and program delivery. view certificate.{/niftybox}
