IPS partakes in the 5th Int’l Conference on ‘Dawah Strategy in Contemporary World’
IPS’ Research Fellow Dr Ghulam Hussain Sufi took part in the 5th International conference on ‘Da’wah Strategy in Contemporary World (in context of Non-Muslim Missionary Activities)’, which was organized by the Da’wah Academy of International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) on October 25-26, 2022.
Dr Sufi presented a paper on the occasion titled ‘Seeing liberal-secular NGOs as the latest avatars of Christian missionaries’. The conference experts and speakers in general discussed a number of important topics according to the theme of the conference including contemporary requirements of Dawah, modern society and strategy of Dawah, challenges to Dawah in the contemporary context and combating misconceptions against Islam.
