IPS’ team development session on professionalism and constructive organizational culture

This was reflected during a team development session organized by IPS LEAD – the Learning, Excellence And Development program of IPS, on October 3, 2024.
Facilitated by trainer and IPS’ associate Sardar Khalid Mehmood, the session was centered on enhancing professionalism and reinforcing adherence to ethical standards within the workplace.
During the session, participants delved into critical aspects of professional conduct, emphasizing the significance of maintaining high professional and ethical standards, accountability, and effective communication.
Mahmood also facilitated exercises aimed at improving mutual understanding and teamwork dynamics among the participants. These activities were designed to enhance collaboration and create a supportive work environment conducive to personal and professional growth.
