MoU between IPS and IRS
IPS signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Institute of Regional Studies (IRS), Peshawar on July 10, 2021 to facilitate cooperation in research, publishing and capacity building activities especially within the areas of International Relations & Regional Studies.
Signed by IPS Vice Chairman Ambassador (r) Syed Abrar Hussain and IRS Chairman Dr Mohammad Iqbal Khalil for an initial renewable period of three years, the scope of the agreement covered activities like carrying out joint research and publishing endeavors, disseminating research and analysis to concerned stakeholders, co-organizing seminars, workshops and trainings, fostering dialogue among scholars, experts and policymakers, and sharing of intellectual resources, knowledge and expertise with each other.
