Muhammad Abdullah Fazi

Abdullah Fazi is a senior research officer at IPS. Currently he is pursuing his Doctorate in International Law from University of Malaya, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Earlier, he has completed his LLM in Human Rights with distinction and LLB (Hons) in Sharia and Law. A gold medalist in Higher Education Commission’s inter-university competition, Fazi has also served as a visiting lecturer in International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) and is a member of European Society of International Law (Italy) and Punjab Bar Council (Pakistan). In addition, he has also performed duties as UN Observer with FAFEN Pakistan for the General Elections 2013. Having nearly half a dozen research papers published to his credit, Fazi is also a blogger and article writer who opines over matters of national significance.
