Nuqta-e-Nazar Number 28 April-October 2010
The latest issue (number 28, April-October 2010) of biannual Urdu journal Nuqta-e-Nazar has been published. The journal is dedicated to the in-depth reviews and commentaries on books published in Pakistan on Islam, culture, history, the Muslim world, and other related themes. Launched in October 1996, the journal serves as a useful resource for readers seeking an orientation to major issues and important works concerning ideology of Pakistani Muslims, their traditions and the challenges facing them; in addition, the newly published literature on such themes has also been a focus in Nuqta-e-Nazar. The latest issue comprises the detailed reviews on 39 books along with the brief introductions of more than 22 publications, recently brought out in Pakistan.
