Personal and Institutional Development of REIs
The IPS project on Religious Educational Institutions (REIs) held 2 one-day training program entitled “Personal and Institutional Development” for the teachers of REIs on November 21 at Jamia Muhammadia, Gujranwala and on November 22 at Jamia Usmania, Lahore.
Six main subjects came under discussion in these programs: ‘Personal Development: Demands and Strategy’; ‘Concept of Knowledge and Education’; ‘Psychological Foundations of Education’; ‘Communication Exercise’; ‘Religious Institutions and Research’; ‘Institutional Development: Demands and Strategy’.
So far, IPS has organized 17 one-two day workshops for religious institutions. In these workshops over 850 teachers participated from some 200 different religious institutions.
