Turkish translation of Economic Teachings of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) published
HZ. PEYGAMBER’ İN(sav) İKTİSADİ ӦĞRETİLERİ, the Turkish version of IPS’ publication Economic Teachings of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was co-published by IGIAD – Turkiye Iktisadi Girişim ve İş Ahlakı Derneği (Turkey Venture Economics and Business Ethics Association) as part of its agreement signed with IPS Press – the publishing arm of Institute of Policy Studies, Islamabad – earlier this year.
The work of renowned Islamic economist M. Akram Khan first published jointly by IPS and International Institute of Islamic Economics (IIIE) in 1989, the book was translated by the co-publishing non-governmental organization based in Istanbul.
It is pertinent to mention here that the book is a select anthology of Hadith literature collected and compiled from authentic sources; covering different economic issues along with their Ahadith references in order to help crystalize thinking over the matter.
