Workshop series by IPS LEAD for career starters on full swing
Around 100 young professionals and fresh graduates of the twin cities – Islamabad and Rawalpindi – have registered themselves in the unique 10-day Personal and Institutional Development Workshop of IPS LEAD – the Learning, Excellence and Development Program of Institute of Policy Studies, Islamabad – being held from 29 January to 10 February, 2015 at the Institute’s training hall.
An annual feature of IPS LEAD, the workshop is a life augmenting experience for career-starters who interact with renowned professional trainers and mentors in a series of training sessions designed to impart soft skills that are necessary to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life and transform thoughts and values into positive action and eventually into personal and organizational excellence. The focus is on mental, emotional, and professional growth, leading to the growth of the institutions or enterprises, which the participants represent.
