حالیہ عرصے میں جہاں ایک جانب حکومت ملک بھر میں یکساں نصاب متعارف کروانے کی کوشش کر رہی ہے، وہیں سپریم کورٹ کے تشکیل دیئے گئے ایک رکنی کمشن نے نصاب کی کتب بالخصوص انگریزی، اردو اور معلوماتِ عامہ میں اسلامی تعلیمات کی موجودگی پر اعتراض اٹھاتے ہوئے اسلامی موادکو اسلامیات تک محدود کرنے کی سفارش کی ہے۔ زیرِ نظر تجزیہ نصاب میں کمشن کے اعتراضات کا جائزہ لینے کے بعد قابلِ عمل حل تجویز کرتا ہے۔
